Last November

I was looking through some old pictures and video and found this little gem. Ender is only a few months old but I think he is about 20lbs already.  I love his round tummy and thick thighs.

Patience Song

Patience is something we are working on in our house. I have been told on a number of occasions that I will need/ do need patience. As a mother I need to be patient with my children, as they learn to do things I wish they had already mastered. I need to be patient for the right job to come for my husband. I need to be patient with myself, to let myself be imperfect. I really liked the definition of patient on this website :

“1. the quality of being patient, as the bearing of provocation, annoyance, misfortune, or pain, without complaint, loss of temper, irritation, or the like.
2. an ability or willingness to suppress restlessness or annoyance when confronted with delay: to have patience with a slow learner.
3. quiet, steady perseverance; even-tempered care; diligence.”
A while ago David made this cute little song to help Arora be patient.

Arora reads the scriptures

Here is a video from a few months ago that I never posted here.  This Arora’s first time reading this passage.

On his way to potty independance

Today Ender walked over to the bathroom, tapped on the door, I opened it and helped him get on the potty and he went pee. This is a boy who knows where to do his business.  Here is a short video of Ender’s favorite game to play on the potty or anywhere.

The Golden Grahams Theif

Ender was in the kitchen, I took some clothes up to the washer. I came back down 30 seconds later to find this.

Our new Stair Master

This is amazing to me because Arora could not do stairs until almost 18 months. This little guy is so motivated to move around. This was taken a few days ago and now he can go down stairs too.
